"I agreed to use JNL based on a good quote. They were very quick to return calls and I paid them a £70 deposit for the removal. Then they become unreliable they did not turn up when they said they would. Did not call to apologise and did not provide any information. I waited in for 2 days for boxes to be delivered which never turned up. They rarely returned messages and were rarely available to talk to. I cancelled the service as I could not rely on them to be there on moving day. I am still fighting for my deposit back. "

"Good value, friendly delivery men. BUT damaged goods due to poor wrapping and packing. Also one item dropped. Impossible to get them to honour any claim against the damaged items (£600). Just excuse after excuse. Also one item mislaid. Such poor after sales service means that I would have to suggest that you avoid this company, and choose another."
