"Found this move to be the worst experience in over ten previous moves. Cost Included Packing and storage. Packed expensive suit in a cardboard box wrapped around an ornament despite having mobile wardrobes, TV also packed in a box with no packing, boxes marked up garage in fact household items. Some boxes only had one item in. Needless to say damage to dining table, antique chest of drawers plus various breakages. The best of all was receiving an e mail confirming delivery date - no show, rang next day to be told awaiting for me to confirm! Eventually arrived 48hrs late arriving at 20:00 hrs leaving at midnight. Then e mail received to say why was there no checks to confirm damage made when unloading, it was very dark and late."
